Lil Kim is guilty of that too. Though to be fair, she doesn't usually look as grotty as she does in the pic on here, I think that's mostly the work of 20 lbs of makeup that sits on her skin tone like yellow paint.

I suggest you google plastic surgeons & take a look at before & after. They put all kinds of implants from jawline (mandibular) implants to chin, cheekbone implants. They don’t just do nose jobs! Every time you see someone perfectly symmetric & “naturally gorgeous” look for the tale tell signs of p.s.: after you see all the pix on p.s. websites you will see the changes are VERY SUBTLE! Only when the stars demand radical change does it lead to horrible plastic look.

Also they wake up looking like this, what are you going to do? After the swelling doesn’t go down, there is nothing they can do but pretend they look good & fake the confidence when they go out.
