I have to say that the lady with the kid on the leash isn’t bad…my mom had me and my three siblings all on leashes when we were really young. Mind you, we were all at LEAST two years apart from each other, and with four kids between 1-7 and she had to go to the store, it wasn’t to be mean, it was to keep the runners with her so she could get done what needed to get done. She was never mean to us and disciplined us if we were bad. But it was a safety precaution.
