They are NOT without make up they changed the lighting that's all !!! With out make up means a clean face washed with soap and water then take a photo
Are you serious? Anyone can tell that these 'before' pictures are the final (probably already retouched) images and the 'after' images have been further reouched – poorly.

For the most part I think the "before" pics looked a ton better than the "after" pics. 4 I am debating on, but I think it probably looks better in the before. 12 needed better lighting, because she looks washed out in the first, so I guess the after looks a little better. 7 is the only one I really think looks better.
the only one who needs retouching is madonna. UGH

this is bullshit, becouse in all pictures all of them look better than in photoshopped.
Beyonce's main problems are her fake blond hair and color lenses: with or without Photoshop, this will ALWAYS look weird on a Black girl. Are her black hair and black eyes not good enough to be black-skinned AND pretty?
