Susan Sarandon looks equally great at Meryl Streep, who had used against her possibly the worst picture ever taken of her. Check out her Vanity Fair issue if you doubt it.
Most of the rest have had surgery to change them, and injections of various sorts, also implanted cheekbones. reduced chins and jawlnes, not to mention nose tinkering. I’d do the same if I could afford it. Looking old is the pits. Just ask most of these pictured women.
Botox, collagen, facelifts, nosejobs, hair dye, photoshop…
I wonder what any of these women would look like if they had aged naturally?

FOR SOME REASON THEY ACTUALLY THINK THAT THE PUBLIC IS SO GULLIBLE AND STUPID TO THINK THEY LOOKS ARE ATTRIBUTED TO GOOD SKIN CARE? AND NO OTHER BEFORE PICTURES OF THEM EXIST!!
Anyone else think they chose really unflattering “now” pictures for some? lol Like Britney and Teri Hatcher? Odd… and why is #13 scary?? (Susan Sarandon) Did you mean the one before it? Although Susan Sarandon looks the same in both pictures.
Oh yeah, Meg Ryan’s Now picture is terrible too… Why choose a picture of Britney from 3 years ago? Surely there are newer/better selections that actually show her face more.
I think people are referring to that blonde alien before Susan Sarandon when they say they’re scared… She frightened me.

First off, Jo, Kim Catrell is NOT featured twice, don’t know who you’re looking at. Secondly, those of you dogging #13 MUST be talking about #12 ’cause #13 is Susan Sarandan and she looks as hot as ever.
#12 is Joan Van Ark from Knott’s Landing.
Poor Jessica Lange (#11). She was once one of Hollywood’s most beautiful women, but she didn’t age too well, despite plastic surgery attempts. I also think Meg Ryan sabotaged herself with the surgery. And it looks like they used the most unflattering photos of Olivia Newton John (#19) and Priscilla Presley (#20) they could find. Why?
Kim Cattrall hasn’t had plastic surgery.
I just read a statement from her saying and I quote,
“I’m in my fifties and I think I look my age, but I don’t want to be 20 any more or even 30 or 40…I’m scared of surgery because I don’t want to look in the mirror and not recognize who’s looking back. I don’t want to be in a room and to have people turn when I leave and say, “What happened?”
Most of these women have had something though.
Not sure about Cindy Crawford or Andie MacDowell.
It is possible to be very beautiful and young looking naturally at even 50, without surgery.
Some people just have the heavenly genes.
My Mom is one of them.
And a word for Britney–
she’s just a normal country girl with talent who’s life was destroyed for awhile by the paparazzi and it pushed her over the edge.

Cindy Crawford has admitted to using botox since she was twenty nine(!) I’m guessing she’s using other fillers since hitting her forties. Meg Ryan, Joan Van Ark and Priscilla Presley ruined their faces, what a shame. Andie MacDowell, Susan Sarandon, Meryl Streep and Kim Cattrall look great.
Check out a recent Vanity Fair magazine to see how much better — unretouched and natural — Meryl Streep REALLY looks. That must be the worst picture talen of her in her much-photographed life. Susan Sarandon has aged beautifully, there’s no other way to describe it. Perhaps Demi Moore’s natural — she insists she is — but I’m not confident. The rest, barring Diane Keaton, seem to be tell-tales of surgrical implants and reductions, re-done noses and teeth, etc., etc., etc. What else is new?

Awh come on, Demi Moore admitted she has had a zillion plastic surgeries done to look the way she looks now, and why doesn't anyone speak of Tom Cruise's ex, she can't even move a muscle in her face anymore, is deadly pale skinned with dito hair, and Susan Sarandon and Kim Catrall are the two most natural aged beautiful women amongst all of these "plastic fentastics", along with Meryl Streep.The rest of them just mutilated themselves, especially Meg Ryan and Priscilla (NO LONGER PRESLEY, they were divorced !)
