Some of those people are pretty scary (17 & 18 in particular). My guess is, if they were silly enough to do that to themselves they are silly enough to not care what they look like.

#1 is pretty sexy. #3 is hilarious because that’s the only job he will ever get. And #16 is just pure fail.

#4 is a fail because those are 2 separate people, not one as is implied. theres no way a leeds fan would have old trafford tattooed on his body unless it was covered in flames… plus the rooney shirt is a give away along the same lines

I didn’t really see that it was implied considering one is a baldy tattoo headed old man and the other has short hair and is a scum bastard.

Picture number 8 is the great Ron Ackers (friend of the late Danny Skuse of Bristol, UK). 2 of the best of their time.

#5 is Katzen, ex-wife of the Enigma (used to perform with the Jim Rose Circus Sideshow); both she and Enigma had their own touring sideshow with “Totally tattooed!” being part of the draw at the time. Both performed on Penn & Teller’s show SIN CITY SPECTACULAR, and Enigma appeared on the “Humbug” episode of THE X-FILES.

the first one is the only one that is decent. i have tats myself but i think these went overboard.

this article needs to be re-titled.
tatoos- a major mistake.
tatoos are just plain ugly period. they don’t make you hip and edgy. and if you need one to remind yourself of something, then you brain must be damaged. i can recall my memories just fine. the higher percentage of body coverage- the higer number of major issues and the lower the intelligence.
