The guy who made and stars in this is called Juan Mann, and he started the Free hugs campaign in Australia after a stranger gave him a hug when he was on a park bench, after his grandmother had died. It’s a beautiful video and funny enough, in Australia we usually do free hugs all the time- not on any particular day
