I just can’t have any sympathy for people who do this to themselves… It’s just plain repulsive. Even when it’s less… Obvious it’s still repulsive. Just a few comments. Number 15, isn’t that a sex change? And I can’t see which is before and which is after. They both look strange to me. Ans numbe 16, what is before and after and is it a sex change too? I can have more sympathy for badly done plastic surgeries if they are during an attempt to change your apparent gender, I suppose. 23 looks like a medical correction, looks like there’s something wrong with her bust in the before pic too. 24 doesn’t look that extreme to me. Other than that, yuck.

#1 looks kinda like Lisa Rinna.

#10 is probably what Paris Hilton will look like in 15 years or so. The orange skin, pathetically skinny "figure", the nose & the shape of the face – don't they look like hers? Just give her a few more hard-partying years, breast implants & collagen injections & you'll see.

#23 actually looks like an improvement. Unless the author labeled the before & after wrongly.

you know no matter how much you try to look younger well in these cases horribly younger your body will age accordingly it's the cycle of life and these people need to be on there own planet because they all look the same after there surgery's if you lined them up you will see the same results … to bad for them life goes forward not back !

#2 is Denise Milani, and she’s all natural…

No man can come close to what God intends us to be. Plastic surgery is correcting Gods creation which is blasphemy in itself. Beauty is good, but must not be worshiped. I have observed and honestly, i do not admire any of what i have seen.
