What is with this idiotic idea of calling crossdressers/transexual people she when there not? Lets call it like it is.. That she is not a she, its a he.
It's not idiotic it's being polite. If a man or woman presents himself /herself as the opposite gender, then they would want to be referred to as such. Yes, they know full well what they were born as, but however, when when cross-dressing and creating the illusion of the opposite gender, it can only be assumed the person would want to be referred to as what they dress up as.
