Conclusion: McDonald’s = fail
This doesn’t seem to take in the fact of what kind of sugar is in the food…
It doesn’t at all. Refined white sugar (which most likely is in the Nesquick, Ice Cream, etc) is a fair bit different than the sugar found in the grapes. This chart would have you believe Ketchup is better then the grapes, but Ketchup contains 2 or 3 types of sugar, including processed crap. Comparisons of the processed stuff is fair though I think.
Nice Post…didn’t make me feel good about what I ate today, but it will effect what I do tomorrow.
Don’t forget the sugar in fruit comes in fiber and is digested more slowly than refined sugar added to processed foods.
