Oh my gosh, i forgot about my cartoon cups! I miss my castle. Does anyone else remember the cupcake dolls that had the skirts that you lift to sniff the fruit flavors? I never realized how pervy that was.
aw man, handisnaks. I ate WAY too many of those as a child!
So many memories…
Roller skates that strap onto your shoes (I actually had metal ones)
SUGAR in Kool-Aid. (yeah, I always added extra; if some is good, more is better)
Lead paint on collectible glasses. I still have my Star Wars ones, but I remember all the Looney Toons character ones as well.
The record player is great too; plastic records, ha!
they came out with that mini baseball helmet again!!!
I definitely still have my garfield mugs! Somehow it was the one thing I managed to hold onto.

I had the exact things in 19 and 20!!
i had a huge box filled with garbage pail kid stickers/cards when I was a kid. Hundreds. When I moved away from home, my mom GAVE THEM AWAY at a garage sale.
Say what you want about the '80s culture, we had good toys.
The only time I remember seeing Richard Scarry books was when I was at the doctor's' office.

Richard Scarry books …much loved by my kids …now be purchased for my Grand children 30 yrs later … still brilliant to read and look at …..
I still have #15 everyday with lunch at high school. Awww yeah.
