#11 is quite normal actually, that is a new zealand Haka, performed traditionally by the Maoris. it happens all the time down there, especially during events, and that face he is making is also a traditional pose.

#13 i believe is a man that attends the renaissance festival. Ive seen him at the renaissance festival in magnolia texas. The best part of his costumes is his drop down man parts. lol.
