Honestly…. they all look better after the nose job, except for Keira Knightley and Tyra Banks, I would say it's an improvement ^_^
Jessica's nose is the same, you can't tell in that photo, because she's smiling in one, and not smiling in the other. Smiling makes the fleshy part on the sides of your nose & cheeks spread outward, making the nose look wider in that photo. Without the smile the fleshy parts of your face relax, and the nose straightens out.
With a straight face your mouth is shaped one way, smile and the shape of your mouth changes. The flesh moves and stretches with the movement of the face.
Same face, just different poses! Photos side by side aren't the best way for someone who isn't a doctor to judge!

im pretty sure that the comparison picture for megan fox is katy perry.. so, yes, the noses are different..
What a BIG difference!
That's not a good example for Hillary Duff because the before picture is also a newer pic of her after the surgery, notice the chiclet teeth in both pictures. They should have used a picture of her during her Lizzie McGuire days. I don't care what anyone says, your nose doesn't change that drastically between the time you're a teen and an adult.

I honestly think they all have their real noses. Jessica Simpson and Scarlett Johansen were still in puberty and you can see when you compare the nose size with their eye size that it's the same. They're faces matured and grew into adulthood. I don't think those have been tampered with. Tyra's is obviously dark makeup contouring. The only one that I think 'may' actually have had anything done is Megan Fox. It's pretty obvious that the other noses are real. My nose at 17 isn't going to look the same when I'm over 40. My nose at 14 won't look the same when I'm 22 either.

The only terribleness here is the ceffud up jeans (WHY?) and the entirety of #16. Other than that, I guess it’s personal preference if you don’t like the preppy style, which I personally LOVE on a hot guy. So quit your whining with the “Wah wah wah they look gay” “Wah wah wah I’d never let my boyfriend wear that.” Speak for yourself. Good for you if you think guys are only allowed to wear t-shirts and jeans, and then you wonder why guys all dress the same. God forbid someone have their own sense of style or creativity. That doesn’t make them “gay”. I hope none of you who whine about a guy not dressing manly enough turn around and complain about misogyny, sexism, homophobia, or a guy not being sensitive enough. I’d much rather have a “gay” looking guy than a “manly” douchebag, which is what you all are going to get.
