I LOVE Katy! She's so flirty and fun without being trashy. I bet she is a blast to hang out with! I have read that she does a lot of her flashy outfits in rebellion to her religious upbringing. Not sure how much of that is true and how much is made up. I did read that her dad is a preacher/pastor, whatever. She definitely pushes the envelope!
