Yeah – I really struggled with that one too
I can only assume she confessed to this teacher 'frank' that she loved / really liked this guy, asked whether he (the 'guy') was perhaps still standing around waiting or something and thought that due to his perseverance / courage or gosh knows what she took that to be a happy ever after..
(Maybe it took courage for the guy to ask the teacher or something who knows!)

Prime example above of how a woman's imagination can just take off into oblivion. We are not living in a fairy tale world, dear.
"Frank" is Frank Warren, the guy who created PostSecret and tours the country giving presentations on the project. At these presentations, he allows people to tell their own secrets. What this girl is saying is that this boy waited for 2 hours at this event so that she could tell her secret over the phone (for some reason, she wasn't at the event). That devotion showed her that this boy is The One.

You actually make it appear really easy with your presentation but I to find this topic to be actually something that I think I might never understand. It sort of feels too complex and very broad for me. I am taking a look ahead to your next publish, I will attempt to get the hang of it!
