I'm actually diggin' it. 'Bought a dress this winter with some, not going to lie, I was VERY apprehensive. As it turns out, it's one of my favorite pieces and I get a ton of compliment.s I'm a child of the late 80's/early 90's and I'm in SHOCK at what's coming back. I say that sitting at my desk with a shirt TUCKED INTO my pants. Ha!

What in the hell is #4 wearing?! Not really a fan of any of them, but at least these are more squared off shoulders, as opposed to line backer shoulders.
I really really love the comeback of late 80s- early 90s style, but I had hoped we were doing it better this time around- i.e. more flattering, LESS SHOULDER PADS! Please!
This is a really late post. Shoulder pads have been back for a few years now. Either way, these are extreme, but the toned down ones are nice.
The 1940's had it right: strong shoulder= narrow waist. The Eighties silhouette had a lot of things going wrong, especially its use of the shoulder pad. If we want to do it right, we need to use classic cuts and a lot of discretion.
