Some of them are still wearing make-up, it's just make-up like you or I would do it and not the stage make-up they wear for events.

have to admit, most of them look butt ugly without makeup.

The before shots go to prove that most actors look like like average Jane. Unfortunately, Hollywood gives us warped perceptions of what "beauty" should look like. I'm sure if we all had a makeup artist, we'd look just as glamorous and could hide our imperfections.

It's not just makeup either. Look at the eyes in the with & without pictures and you'll see the difference that specialized lighting and photoshop color enhancement can do. (For the record, people seldom apply makeup to their irises.)

The only one that is beautiful with or without is Kim Kardashian—she's amazing!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t be the only one who thinks they ALL look better before smearing all the crap on their faces.

Half of them look better without the makeup. Also, makeup or not, some of the "non-makeup" shots look like they were taken as they just woke up. Even the prettiest people are tired looking sometime.

To some extent makeup does wonders but some really do look great without makeup!!
