Harvey Fierstein and Marissa Jaret Winokur are re-creating their Tony-winning roles for the Broadway hit “Hairspray” this summer. Original Broadway stars plus Drew Carey, John Stamos, Nick Jonas, Darlene Love and Corbin Bleu are set for the Bowl’s “Hairspray”. The LA Times reports that Nick Jonas will take on the role of heartthrob Link Larkin while John Stamos will play Corny Collins.

The cast also will include “American Idol” alum Diana DeGarmo, Tara Macri and Mo Gaffney. Tony Winner Jerry Mitchell will once again direct and choreograph the musical which is scheduled to run August 5-7.
