stop the plastic surgery for god's sake, it ruins a good thing more often than not. Ok seriously, have you ever seen plastic surgery that *improved* someone's looks? it usually doesnt.
ok, is this really paris hilton? I mean they said with 2 inches of her nose shaved off. That would mean her nose would be concave. Her nose don't even appear to be 2 inches to begin with. What other lies are they telling and whats the purpose? Are they trying to pick on the way her nose looks. wow, thats what you call expecting a human to look like a barbie. She's pretty darn close to looking like that already and the media still has to find something wrong. No wonder so many women feel like crap when they look in the mirror. I get that these hollywood types are a whole lot of smoke and mirrors and they wouldn't look like that if they lived a normal life without the access to makeup artists,stylists, plastic surgery, gym trainers and so on but this seems like a totally different person in the pic.

My mom likes to waste money buying Hello mags since the 80s. I used to peel off alot of fashion ads to drool over the chicks, and of course, I get all the useless crap still in the back of each page. I was a little too young to buy playboy without a parent's consent.
Still, I still had a page of Christy Turlington somewhere. But behind it, was a living-room shot of the Hiltons. With 11-year old Paris Hilton. Her nose looked extremely different than it was how. You can even find another picture of Paris before and after surgery. I still had no idea what happened, only most people didn't mention it in her 'biography', almost as if keeping it hushed. I just think the surgeon tried to shave her nose thin when she was little, and took off too much cartilage for them to properly fix it without it looking like MJ's recent botched nose. I just think she didn't want her nose touched again.

It doesn't matter (what) she looks like…at the end of the day we know it's Paris Hilton….bimbo, vacuous,bland.
Even (actual) models' she's (tying) to imitate have charisma, sex appeal,energy. Dress her up in expensive clothes, have the world famous photographers take her picture and save yourself 999 words……boring!
