It has been announced that ‘Desperate Housewives’ will be drawing to an end after Season 8. The ABC press release broke the news:
“Season Eight…will roll out in a way that is accessible even to viewers who may have lapsed in their viewing, and be all the richer and more rewarding for the series’ loyal fans.”
The series-ending season begins on Sunday, September 25th.

i've read the book the male lead was repeatedly sexually molested by his aunt and goes all susanna kaysen. it was a good book im not sure if it will translate into a movie very will. he doesnt even get the girl, well they pork but thats about it.
