‘I focus on the inside out – so it’s all about what I’m eating, how I’m feeding my body and how much water I’m drinking. I don’t eat meat, but I eat a lot of fish and brown rice. ‘I love bread, too. People are always surprised when I eat bread in restaurants! I mostly stick to wholemeal, though. ‘When in doubt, go dark with the food – so I stay away from white pasta, white rice and white bread and that keeps things simple for me.’

I have to agree with Trent. I'm sure she works out to keep that figure but I'm pretty sure a lot of her looks has to do with genetics. "Black don't crack"!
Absolutely not. Trainers and chefs can't give you good genes and willpower. Make up and hair people can't make you look naturally beautiful. Not saying that you're none of these things – just saying that if you don't already look close to this beautiful, then these people can't make you look as beautiful as Halle Berry.
