I don't think your heartless. It's just a movie, not everyone cries during scenes. I didn't cry either. I think it's sad, but it's not enough to make me cry. I thought it was more cute watching them grow old together.
I wasn't expecting the sad ending. Is that all there is? Couldn't he die too and they be reunited in heaven or something? Is there any more to this video or another one coming up.
