I lost 12 kg’s in seven weeks using my own personal diet. Oat meal (large flake) with a dolup of tofu for bsfakeart . I usually chop up a kiwi or an apple and mix it in. Eat a small amount every three hours. For lunch it’s an apple and more tofu, Three hours later, the same. Finally, three hours after, I have two vegetables with tofu with one or two spoonfuls of soup for taste. I drink four liters of water every day too. One hour fast walking on the threadmill five days a week. Steak on Saturday

I am researching irionmatfon on my paternal Great-great-great Grandparents who lived in Sterling, NY in 1860. Their names are William James born 1818 and died before 1893 and Phoebe Ann Doan James born abt 1820 and died in Martiville May 1898. My great great grandparents were Jessie James son of William and Phoebe James and Adeline Sweeney James. I am trying to find more inforamtion on this family. Youre one of the only ones who actually show ur meals. Because its easy to say have meat, nuts, eggs, stnrig cheese but that not giving me any meal ideas considering i use to eatting fast foods etc. thanks for sharing! On on phase one you can have yogurt? I thought we couldnt have anything with sugar in it unlesson it was from low glycemic veggies. Im not even eatting one meal a day because i have no ideas. Mainly eggs at breakfast mayb a salad, nuts an no dinner because the food is boring.
