'Footloose' star Julianne Hough revealed her go-to ab exercises for the November issue of Self Magazine.
During her interview she said, “My go-to prebikini flat-ab move is the plank, all different types.”
The basic forms include getting in a pushup position (traditional plank), resting the on the forearms (forearm plank), holding completely straight while trying to holding in the abdominal muscles (side plank).
