‘FOX and Friends’ had Miranda Kerr in the spotlight today. She showed off the Victoria’s Secret $2.5 million bra she chose to wear on the catwalk earlier this year. She also shared how she keeps her body in runway/photo shoot shape.
“I basically have been practicing yoga for over ten years and it’s what works for me.” She continued, “I eat super healthy and I take care of myself from the inside out. I don’t believe in depriving yourself, if you want to sometimes be a little bit naughty than go ahead … 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent.”

Eminem, Lil Wayne and Keith Richards are the ‘Gods of Rock’ for GQ Magazine. When the GQ Senior editor was asked how they chose the trio he simply answered,
“We wanted to answer the question: Who are the living legends out there that have survived against all adversity? It has to be people who are still incredibly influential. It can’t be somebody who has been through hell and back and reached a zenith in their career in 1976 and isn’t still relevant and isn’t still making music.”
