Learned that in CNA school. I can also put a pillow in a pillowcase without the shake/shove the pillow in struggle.

I still think the fitted sheet is the devil's work, but the pillowcase is easy:
Turn pillowcase inside-out.
Stick arms into pillowcase and grab the top corners
Pretend each of your hands is now a puppet, and grab two corners of your pillow
Now just turn the pillowcase rightside-out
Magic!

#5 the problem is the reaction that the protein has with the glucose. heat helps the bond but if too much protein is introduced to the glucose it solidifies too soon before the the rest can disolve. the fix for this is add equal powder to equal part mil and disturb the two into mixing before the rapid bonding to can take place (vigorous stiring). then the rest of the milk can be added. the best process is to sift the powder in, but we don't have the patience for that.
