#2: Tie – they both look awful in it
#3: Emma Roberts
#4: Tie – sweet Jesus who comes up with these styles…try again
#5: Brandy – Jennifer looks like she was greased and shoved into the dress by a couple body builders
#6: Blake – Madonna, nothing makes you look good except a mask over your face
#7: Tie – that look works good for both of them
#8: Tie – they both look good in that, except for the boots JLo, wtf?
#9: Tie – they both have equally fabulous bodies that compliment that dress well
#10: Selena – maybe if you did your hair different Heigl it would look better on you, idk
#11: Neither – Gaga will never get my vote for looking good in anything, and Anna just looks weird in it

#18: Both look great, Kate it helps accentuate you average sized tits and Liv it curves nicely to your figure…good work!
#19: The dress itself is dull, I like bright colors myself, but it helps draw the attention away from the bland-ness of the dress and toward your nice tits Kim and Holly both, so it sort of works.
#20: Just NO! I don't think that would good on anyone really.
#21: Have to go with Kristen on this one, Anna that slicked back hair makes you look like Pauley D (minus the fake tan of course).
