Mmmm sushi, I want!
Not into eating raw meat, fish or otherwise, but Koreans make something that looks like Sushi but is called Kimbob and it is usually made without raw fish. My wife makes them with ham, crab, or seasoned beef strips, along with strips of carrots, pickled Daikon, egg, spinach, and of course the sticky sweet rice and Kim (seaweed paper). We take the to picnics and parties, people call the sushi all the time and we enlighten them. Google "kimbob" for pictures or recipes.
