I chuckle every time I see this, my wife is Korean and she taught me Bongo is Korean slang for Fart. So these are Fart Pants to me.

Yep! Believe the group was called Wild Orchid. I remember the use to host Great Pretenders, a show where kids would come lip sync, and the audience would vote on the best one. This post makes me feel old!
