Haha, I was just contemplating getting my ass on the treadmill on a day I'm feeling less than inclined, so thanks!

Although – wow – 7000 jumping jacks burns ONE POUND? ONE? I'm not sure who does 1000 jumping jacks every day for a week just to lose a pound. There has to be easier ways! I mean that's more depressing than motivating, surely? The only thing I do a thousand times in a week is fantasize about getting home from work and drinking gin and tonic while sitting in my pajamas in a recliner.
#13 is intense, I did it on Sunday afternoon (at home) and I was the good kind of sore all day yesterday! Try it, it's fun! I broke it down into 2 parts then switched up what I did… 20 jumping jacks, 10 squats,20 crunches, 10 leg lifts and then back to jumping jacks etc… just so I wouldn't get bored doing the same thing all at once.
The burpee is a full body exercise used in strength training and as aerobic exercise. It is performed in four steps, and was originally known as a "four-count Burpee":
Begin in a standing position.
Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground. (count 1)
Extend your feet back in one quick motion to assume the front plank position. (count 2)
Return to the squat position in one quick motion. (count 3)
Return to an upright standing position. (count 4)
Oh berry Iove this post. I have lost 6lbs since Jan 1st and I've honestly never felt so motivated in my entire life . Thank you for the little extra push today
#3 That actually struck accord with me.

#27 What is a burpee? Is it what happens after you drink a slurpee?

Stole that from Wikipedia.
It's an exercise recently banend by the Navy/Marine Corps because of the ability to cause knee problems. I'd skip it.

#9 I don't understand why people don't use "loose" and "lose" correctly.
Sorry. Pet peeve.
Agreed. Kind of takes the whole meaning of the quote away when it's not even grammatically correct.
Love this post! Not about being stick thin but being healthy and active. Thanks Berry!
PLEASE keep doing posts like this. ESPECIALLY the at home workouts. This is AWESOME!
