Katherine Heigl told InStyle Australia that she is "totally thin-skinned! I'm a big baby. I feel like men can sort of shrug their shoulders if people have a strong reaction to something they've said. Whereas I spent two years questioning everything about myself. Maybe I am ungrateful? Maybe I am too opinionated? So yes, I'm thin-skinned."

She took a risk when she left GA and I respect her for that. It's just to bad it didn't work out very well.

I find her annoying. I have seen and read too many interviews where she totally trashes people that she should be thanking. GA for one (I'm sure we all know about that). When she did "Knocked Up" and it was a hit, she turned around and trashed all the actors and the director. Seems whenever SHE picks a role and the movie doesn't do well, she blames it on the other actors or the writers or the director. Never thinking that maybe she's not that great an actress. I don't like actors/actresses like that.. they have way too much ego but no reason for it. She's a prime example of "Crapping where you eat".

I’m with Dena. I do think that peploe are not as open to it as some peploe say. Yes, private and international adoption is ridiculously expensive. My hubs and I have always wanted to adopt internationally (I’ve wanted to do it ever since I realized that that’s how my big brother came to our family), but I don’t think it’s financially feasible for us. So we’re looking into other ways to expand our family beyond our two (well, one on the way) biological children fostering, adopting through the state, etc. Money is an issue, but I hear on Babycenter all the time peploe saying that they’re investing thousands of dollars (at least as much as an international adoption) in fertility treatments because adoption isn’t for us, or we just want our own kids. If you’re going to spend all that money, why not do something that is GUARANTEED to result in becoming a parent? A reputable agency will make sure that your payment (or the bulk of it) is held until you actually have a child. Few reproductive endocrinologists can do that.Anyway, I don’t actually like Katherine Heigl, but I agree with her 100% on this one!
