With all the cotton candy floss avllaibae on Amazon, I chose this product for the flavors listed: Cherry, Blue Raspberry, and Grape. So I was VERY disappointed to receive ORANGE rather than GRAPE. Nowhere in the description did it say flavors may be substituted . Called the 800 number listed on Amazon to complain about flavor substitution, and received great customer service: they will send Grape Floss immediately. There was a problem with the product boxes, which caused the error in filling the orders. Glad I didn’t just settle for what they sent, they were happy to make me happy!
