#3 you shouldn’t eat before a workout.
There's no problem in eating before workout, you only have to wait around 30 minutes before doing it, after that the chances of passing out are minimum, but it all depends on how much you ate.
I disagree. This is my OPINION not a fact. But I feel that eating *a snack* not a full meal, is good before a workout. I almost get sick to my stomach if I workout on an empty stomach. I have heard that if you don't give your body some energy before your workout (food) then you body will start burning muscle instead of fat. I don't know how true that is but either way I always eat before.
I have to agree with you. I need to eat something small before a workout, mostly because of my work schedule, otherwise I'd pass out before it. Your body needs fuel and there's absolutely nothing wrong with these suggestions, just don't gorge down a giant burrito before you work out and you'll be fine
Also agree! This is the way I see it: would you expect your car to run on E? We need "fuel" to burn it so as long as it's within a certain time frame prior to your workout, it can only benefit you!

I just started that yesterday!! Even though I'm a swimmer I have NO upper body strength! Those push ups were a killer!!

If I found seeing a bunch of perfect (and mostly blond) women truly inspiring or motivating I wouldn't have to seek motivation further than a tv show or beauty magazine. Rare fail for you Berry.
I agree on the photos of the women, because my goal is not to look anything like that. However, the post in general is motivating, especially since I've been trying to push myself to work out and eat healthier for months. I'm so happy with my body, but I know not moving or eating right has made me extremely unhealthy, and that's something everyone should work towards breaking habit of. But yes, the post is a bit unrealistic.

I have to agree with Nikki. Although I like the motivational phrases I strongly disagree with all the pictures of unhealthily skinny women and the ridiculous serving size suggestions. If I ate that while working out the way I do, I'd be anorexic in no time.
Why do you post stuff like "women, feel good in your own skin, eat what you want, treat yourself to cake and don't care about being the perfect looking woman" in other galleries, while you promote such an utter bullsh*t here?
