I don't particularly love the cut outs on the hips/waste but I don't hate it either.

I love it as long as it fits properly!! The cutouts have to be in a flattering place too. example: I LOVE #11 …. and hate #20..

If they're done tastefully- yes!
But #16 and #21… who thought it that was good placement? (i guess they are just seeking attention so they are talked about and feel relevant)

On some it worked and it also depended on the style of the dress and where the cutouts were placed.

#20 makes her look way pudgy.
I think these are fun for casual occasions, but not the red carpet, weddings, or funerals.

I say nay. Why? Because #16 #21
