what exactly makes these girls "geeks" in their 1st pictures?? Just being a kid in a school picture does not make you a geek…

I like both the issues potesd above. I will re-iterate on the below..Sidewalks, bike lanes, street lights and better traffic control at busy intersections..Come Spring and summer, we all know how active Acton is at recreation. In our existing narrow roads, we will see bikers, pedestrians and automobile drivers alike clash for space, and at places there are even blind curves.I see a lot of road widening, tree-lined sidewalks etc. on the central part of Acton near the post office, but the West end of Acton is predominantly wooded with narrower roads, and could seriously use some road development in the following order:1. Potholes filled and roads re-paved.2. Street lights3. Shoulders to be widened so we can have a bike lane and/or a sidewalk on one side of the roads.4. Traffic is an issue at Brooks Street/Great Road intersection, Newtown/Nagog Hill/Rt 27 intersection some traffic management will be a good idea there.5. Better Signs to warn blind curves, hidden driveways, hidden Stop signs..I will be willing to participate in any way possible to help this happen..Thanks,-Sudha
