      Well, some people can staple their lips shut & *still* gain weight. In my case, I can eat small, healthy portions but without cardio exercising, I don't lose any weight.

    I will be starting the Insanity workout today! Just received it in the mail and I can't wait! I'm 125lbs at 5'7" so I know I don't have much to lose but I cant wait to tone up and get my gymnast body back!

      Girl, I know what you mean! I'm 5'8", and about 135, people always tell me to not worry about my weight, but just because you're tall and skinny doesn't mean you aren't out of shape! I used to run cross country in high school…running 10, 15, 18 miles was NO PROBLEM…I would probably die if I tried to do that now! lol Back in shape this spring…ssssooonnn.:)

    What does it matter how many pounds you loose? You don't need a scale to know if you're fit and healthy! Exercise because it feels good and it's healthy, not because the scale goes down. I stopped using a scale a long time ago and I'll never look back! It was so depressing and stressful! I can now enjoy exercise and do activities I like without worrying about some number on a scale!

    dude one thing i really dislike about the berry…..they're always so many pictures based on weight/working out/losing weight/getting a better body…….thats fine….but what happened to accepting yourself for the way you are, loving yourself and just BEING healthy regardless of your weight? just fuckin love the way you are, and if your happy and comfortable with yourself that is all that matters.

    Cool images! Sometimes a picture says it all. I lost about 12 pounds which is a little more then a dress size by exercising, cutting out junk food and eating healthier. I feel like I have more energy which is probably from exercising at least 4-5 days a week. This is a lifestyle change I just need to stick to it.

    So inspiring! You are me!!! I started insanity two weeks ago at 5'9" and 231. Now am 223 and lost 10 inches overall.. Still have a long way to go so to see your blog is great! Keep it up!
