#12 Getting out of a physically and mentally abusive relationship of 2 years, then meeting my husband who is now a member of the United States Air Force. He tought me that I deserve to be appreciated and treated with respect, and I learned being with someone who also deserves it is amazing. The abusive Ex has since been in and out of jail, rehab, and has severe drug issues. Im thankful I met my husband when I did, or I feel like I'd be going down the same road.
