I still don't think she had any surgery on her face, maybe nose but it's a common thing in hollywood to do your nose… I just think it's makeup and weight loss, and a lot of wight loss… surgery or no surgery she still look really pretty and sexy

#7 she looks like a completely different person. Anyone who says she hasn't undergone some pretty intense plastic surgery may actually need help because it's so obvious. If someone showed me a picture of #7 and megan fox, I wouldn't know it was the same girl.

I think she maybe has had 1 procedure to narrow her nose at the bottom, other than that you can attribute the difference to how young she was when those first pics were taken and the puppy fat she still had back then, she is just a little slimmer in the face now. Plus you have to remember the difference make-up and her posing (sucking cheeks in and pouting) can make her look. Her boobs just arent big or defined enough now to suggest a boob job either, again it could just be that she went through a small late development (which is entirely reasonable) in her late teens/early 20s. If every film star was photographed each year since they were young there will always be differences, some people just dont believe anyone can be that naturally beautiful.

the only difference is her eyebrows..brow shaping can make your face look drastically diff…she changed the shape of her eyebrows and they're thicker..she may have tinted them as well..and she just dyed her hair and maybe had gotten a darker tan…sheesh..people just can't be naturally beautiful now a days without someone accusing them of plastic surgery.

she looked good with a little bit of surgery, her nose job looked good, and her teeth look better, but her lips didn't need that, and her face is so frozen now. she now looks a lot older than she actually is. also for those comments saying they can't see any changes…are you serious?

She needs to stop injecting her face up before she ruins it!!

She doesn't look that different at all. Any changes can be attributable to aging, weight loss/gain, different angles, and makeup! She may have had lip injections in some of those photos … big deal.
