That's funny. I see a page filled with toned, fit girls and practical, healthy advice for getting to that point.
yes, but i think the point is that you can be fit without being that skinny and all the girls here are skinny
for example, #24 and #29 to me are pretty darn skinny, and not the athletic kind
YOu girls get it bad I must say, because if you're thin (you're too skinny), if you're athletic (you're too manly)m Y'all can't win for anything. So how about we just say these women are healthy, they obviously have to do a lot of work to maintain these bodies and if that is what they choose, so be it. Who cares what people think about you. If you are happy with yourself, tell the haters to do the world a favor and pull their lower lip over their heads and swallow. Just my opinion
Exactly, thank you! most Girls have no clue what they want or how they should be…..so let's leave it to a magazine to tell me how I should look……and that's no body's fault by their own.

You can be "happy with yourself" all you want, your body however is NOT happy with you if you're overweight. Being "happy with yourself" is amazing, but if you are overweight you are NOT healthy, and you ARE hurting yourself. It's a harsh reality, on the bright side you are in control of your life, let it be a long one.
yea and "all" these girls are not "skinny" being too thin is dangerous too and none of these chicks are skinny they would have no endurance or energy to work out. A fit woman is a powerful woman, not skinny nor overweight. #6 #27 #10 #8

#14 looks the like the best workout of the there to me but they all look good. I would do all there on diff days of the week and add in another day of 30-40 minutes cardio. so 2 on mond 14 on weds and 27 on frid and then on the weekend or another off day do the cardio. this will get you off to a good start and get in the habit of working out. after a few weeks of this you will notice it will start to get easier. thats when you are ready to up the workouts.

If you are skinny but want to be toned I think you should focus on strength exercises (push ups, squats, ab workouts) something like #27 so you can build muscle. Cardio won't hurt you by any means but strength = toning
Side note- A lot of people will tell someone who is very skinny to eat a cheese burger. That is horrible advice. No matter your size you should always try eat healthy. Eating a cheese burger is just going to add fat to your skinny body, not make it more muscular which is what (I think) super skinny people need to do.

Ah! That makes a lot of sense, lol. Burpees are pretty easy, then. Still, she makes it look good!!
Am I the only one who has no clue what half of these workout terms mean (burpees, "flying lunes," Russian twists, lunge split jumps, v-sits)? Most of my workout would be spent looking up what the moves are and how to do them O_o

I love these post, this is the only post I review over the berry, but everytime it's good!
Ladies who are complaining, diets dont work, they only make you lose weight that you put back on…
working out tones, defines, helps your stress levels and you will feel 1000% better about yourself.

The fitness and healthy eating tips on this post are helpful and appreciated. However, the rest of the post contradicts itself. You have super skinny girls in many of the photos, and then you have Demi Lovato and the gif of the boy encouraging girls to love themselves the way they are.

I always look forward to looking at this!! I respect that everyone has an opinion on here, so I'll share mine too: I don't think any of the girls on here are too skinny. I think it's obvious that they worked very hard for their bodies and it shows not only in their size but in how healthy their skin and hair looks. This motivates me, not to lose any weight, but to keep on exercising and building up my endurance so that I can get in better shape!
#1 she still looks much better while working out than most of the people do when they're not…
