note writers are funny
#16 Haha, my neighbors still have their christmas decoration at the windows.
#19 Is mine. Update: As soon as I posted that note (in my butter container). Whoever was using it decided to THROW IT AWAY! People suck so bad.
Lol I think that's funny. Passive-aggressive notes rub people the wrong way.
Maybe it was the cleaning staff that threw it away. I know if, on the cleaning day, there are perishables in the refrigerator where I work, they get tossed.
If not the cleaning staff, I'm sorry they threw it away… kind of stupid since then they don't get to use it either now. But really… you put stuff in a communal space, expect it to be used by everyone. It sucks, but that's how it is.
#14 Maybe it just didn't taste good…
Man I wish I could have saved some of the passive aggressive notes I found while I was an RA in college…they were priceless.
I've had two bottles of coffee creamer stolen from the fridge. I'm considering making a passive aggressive flow chart to hang up. I'll send in a pic if I do.
#13 lol "special snowflake"
#11 is in Barcelona, the local residents there have mounted a "Tourist = Terrorist" campaign because they believe that seasonal tourism is ruining their local economy. Catalonia has all sorts of probz.
#4 Wow. Neighbors response is a major overreaction!
agreed- the first note was pretty polite!
i had to write a few similar notes last year, when one of my roommates (or one of their friends) was constantly using my stuff (including my DIRTY towel and washcloths….wtf ew) and eating my food (i was flat broke, so the food had to last me). I very passive-aggressively let them know they were basically putting my nuts on their face . Oh and i also had to hide the toilet paper because someone was going thru it at a rate of 2 rolls a WEEK
Is #11 in Barcelona for sure? This has a lot to do with my studies and I'd love to know when and where exactly that picture was taken.
#9 Diana, PISS OFF!
#19 this is funny
Hi, a fellow hohocsmeoler visiting from the hop! well, yeah, homeschooling is kind of a limited subject, but you are right, it is really our one big hobby/job so we think about it a lot and write about it a lot. I do think though, that when we share what we do, crafts/lessons/read alouds and resources we use, that even non-homeschool moms might find something useful/fun they can do afterschool or on a weekend, so I figure it is all good and we can all learn from each other. it’s nice to meet you, I love the name of your blog, very sweet.
