#22 Too bad the skinny syrups taste awful. I go with skim milk and consider it close enough.

I used to work at the bux (US) and saw a couple attempts at sugar free mocha syrups come and go, also never saw a SF peppermint so I'm not sure the Skinny peppermint mocha calories are correct. It might be available only in certain markets. If you order this make sure it is sugar free, nonfat and no whip rather than just nonfat/no whip or you might be getting an additional 100 cal or so. Everything else seems about right tho, just trying to look out for my fellow Berries!

I agree just like morning coffee I'd love this to be an every day post and maybe more people can send in their own stories of success for their day. We can continue to support and push each other😉

sooner: sorry. Life is so fucking short. I spent years being angry at my ex-father-in-law, and the final joke is his: it’s all just a blip, gone in an inntsat. And I lost all countless hours buried in anger. Ha, ha.I took a deep breath while I still could. I’m sorry, Dave. I could have laughed instead of being so angry at something so ultimately meaningless: the things people say and do. It has nothing to do with what’s really in their hearts. You were my reminder that I, too, am not living from my heart, and time is ticking. Someday I will run out of time, too.I hope someone says Kaddish for you.
