#8 …and as a result she will never have risked what could be an awesome relationship. Romantic relationships can go back to platonic friendships if that's where they started. People have no huevos these days.

    • Derpina

Huevos is eggs. Cahones is balls.

      • JOHN

I am aware. It is a reference to Cheech Marin in Tin Cup

      • MrsC

cojones..no one spelled it right. lol

        • bob

he's right, you can also say "huevos". they use that expression in Spain, at least.

        • ale

you can say "huevos" like that and are actually refering to "cojones"… so it´s ok.

      • AngryMexican

Uh juevos are slang for balls dum dum.

      • Mr.Wilson

If you don't have "cajones" then you should leave your clothes on a chair or maybe on the floor, because "cajones" means "drawers". "Tener huevos/cojones/pelotas" means "to have balls". 😛

    • Arwen

Yeah but a lot of the times they don't. I don't mean to be a pessimist, but I think if the feeling was mutual the guy would make it known. Why ruin the friendship?

      • JOHN

        Why suffer in silence?

      • JOHN

plus if your relationship can't survive a relatively benign act of telling someone you have physical feelings for them, which less face it, is the difference between platonic and romantic love, it probably isn't a solid bond.

        • MattersNot

I have been on the opposite of that conundrum more than once. One boy told me countlessly, over and over, but he was the one person in the world that knew me better than I knew myself and I don't regret not taking it any further than best friends. (But, he at least made his feelings known–not obsessively, but enough to make sure that I always knew). He is now happily married to someone that is much better suited for him. AND we are still friends after all this time!
The second friend, unfortunately, the friendship dissipated, but I try to casually make contact once in a while.
One last comment. I had once said that I would never in a million years ever date one of my friends from high school, for numerous reasons. However, he kind of conned me into a few nights out (looking back -they were dates…I was just oblivious). After a few months of going out "just friends" every Friday night, he finally made his move. His intentions were, then, less than chivalrous, but it was the best thing that he could of ever done…we've been together for over 13 years, and will be married 10 years, with 3 beautiful children, this August. It just may be the best move she ever makes. I was full of self doubt for the first 6+ months we were dating, as his typical type was super skinny, with boobs as big as his head- and I have small boobs, and I'm all ass. He said the change was obviously just what he needed, and still finds my ass my best feature:)
          I hope she reads this.

#2 I think my Aunt does this to me and all of my cousins on purpose too.

    • http://twitter.com/laurentaryn @laurentaryn

My mom makes them super duper fancy (she actually does these fan and detail work thingies with the wrapping paper itself), which makes everyone really hesitant to actually open anything she gives them!

    • Jeremy

I do this as well… but i also make sure that the present is equal to the amount of frustration they're going to go through

    #4 I'd so do that.

  • RedNinja

#8 TELL HIM!!! If you don't take the chance, you'll never know. You'll have to live with the regret of "What if…" TELL HIM!!!!!!

  • TommyB

    #8 = forever…sigh…alone…or….
Grab the reins! BE HONEST with him. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
I was that guy but was told WAY too late. Now I'm 20 years married to someone else and often wonder…..if only she'd told me back then….

  • lmr1087

    #4 OWNED! jaja

  • Seldi84

#2 I do that too, mainly because of my poor wrapping skills rather than a desire to torture friends and family.

    • littlet

      yep me too!!!!

  • hazel

#1 would be enough to make me break up with someone

  • tomato

#10- i'm calling your bluff. there is no way that would go unnoticed

    • LuckyVu13

It could easily be done if the drug doesn't have a scent.
… But still … Drugs are bad!!!

    • Keith

A guy next to me in my high school history class took a hit off his pipe and no one noticed. Plus, there are plenty of drugs that would be easy to do in a crowded room without anyone catching on. Don't assume someone's making things up. It's rude.

      • tomato

mmm, but you noticed he took a hit off his pipe… ergo, it wasn't unnoticed:)

        • KenniBakes

They probably meant unnoticed by someone who would get them in trouble like the teacher.

    • Guest

      Everyone knows

  • Theresa

    #2 I do too😀
