Yesterday we reported that Jessica Simpson had her baby. New reports show that she received a present from her ex-husband Nick Lachey (along with his wife, Vanessa Lachey).

“A large basket of pink and white cookies were delivered to Jessica’s hospital room at Cedars-Sinai earlier from Nick and Vanessa,” a source told Hollywoodlife exclusively. “The basket was delivered by Cookies By Design and included seven huge cookies with adorable baby girl decorations.”

“New toys, a baby on the way — he’s having a boy — I’m excited for Jay,” Bennett said. “It’s a great time.”
