    Did the spelling errors in #2 bother anyone else? Good stuff in there, but I couldn't get past the typos.:-/

      It had to have been either translated into English or written by someone who didn't speak English as a native language. Those aren't your typical "Oops, wrong 'your/you're' choice." mistakes.

    #12 Not to be one of those obnoxious health food junkies, but artificial sweeteners, though lower in calories, end up being actually worse for you than regular sugar.

    Our bodies aren't naturally designed to be able to metabolize artificial sweeteners. The extra processing ends up creating more waste in our bodies as opposed to just having natural cane sugar and suffering through a few extra calories.

    It's the same idea as eating overly processed meat and other foods, it just doesn't get the bad rep because the sweeteners are calorie free.
