You know, 'caus I am a guy I am all about The Chive but these motivational posts are bloody awesome, making me want to reach for the stars and beyond. Thx Berries!

couldn't agree more…They've actually gotten me to get off my growing butt and start to work out!

  • SinCatt

My husband got me hooked on the Chive, but every morning for the last week I have looked at the daily motivation before I go to bed. ( I work 3rd shift) And everyday I have managed to get a little more done than I usually do. Thanks for helping me get my butt in gear

spinning hurts my no-nos. I love bike riding though.

    • Tali

Ha ha, exactly how I feel! Spinning is my new goal!

    • Optimus_prime

For some odd reason, biking does absolutely nothing for me. Running is for me, unfortunately

#10 – That's what gets me up at 5:30 for the morning workout!
#6 is just awesome. Though I'm not sure at mile 30 if I'd have enough strength left in me to say I do!

Woke up today at 430am to go work out… stared at the daily motivation, did a kick ass Crossfit, and now I'm off to work! Practice tonight and then SLEEP before doing it again.

    Thanks TheBerry!!
