As a Regio I consider it rude to not include cabrito. Haha.

This is serendipitous because I've been having a bad day and Chipotle is what's for dinner. Not authentic Mexican but the awkwardly cook distant cousin.

I am hispanic and my husband is black. He finds it awkward that I can eat this stuff everyday. I find it awkward that he cannot!!! Growing up, my grandmother always had a pot of beans and homemade tortillas on the stove. Just for grabbing that little taquito to snack on, throughout the day, as you past buy the kitchen!
