    That workout will not give you dancers legs! To have dancer’s legs you need to focus on the inner thighs and back of the legs to build long strong muscles (not the thighs). Also, lots of stretching to build long muscles. Yoga and pilates (which was originally created as a rehab for injured dancers), will also help!

    Couldn't sleep so I decided to eat a some chocolate chips and drink A GLASS of 1/2 &1/2. This will at least get me moving later today.

    #9 has some dangerous imagery. That volume is likely overkill and if so it is spread throughout your entire body.

    #20 – YES. To all you women who somehow still believe that lifting weights means (ridiculous) "bulking up"….the proof is in the puddin. LIFT WEIGHTS. Do planks, do crunches, do cardio…enjoy your body and your life! Thanks Berry for the weekend motivation…although Sundays would be nice too! :)
