Take yogurt, squeeze it on to a cookie tray in whatever bite size shape you enjoy, freeze it and you get these yummy frozen bite size treats

thanks for the daily motivation berry! I've been setting my alarm earlier to check the motivation post then i go work out! it really pushes me to keep going. I'm on week 4 of cardio/lifting/running and i love the way i feel!
