    LOOOOVE #8!!! I hate going to the gym because I always feel like the tiny girls are judging me for going so slow on the treadmill. It's a big part of why I work out at home. Guess I just need to be more like that lil' guy!

      I agree! I definitely prefer to work out at home! Nobody can judge how I look, what I'm wearing or what workouts I'm doing…and I've also seen more changes in my body with 2 months of Insanity than I had with years of going to the gym

    #13 I went to my 1st hot yoga class on Sunday! I HIGHLY recommend it if you haven't tried it! I felt great for the entire day!😀

    I had no idea it would be so taxing, my friend and I did a 'hard' level class and I thought 'pshh its just yoga/ I was thoroughly feeling it for 4 days after. Such a workout

    All I see here is CARBS. Bad for you. And if you want you can eat Atkins candy bars they taste just like the real thing. Im on the keto diet Nothing but Proteins and Fats. The best diet ever.😀

    Strawberries n’ Cream Milkshake [yields 1, ~14oz shake]

    *you may have larger ice cube tray molds but these are the measurements I used to fit mine – follow ingredient amounts to achieve the same taste

    6 medium strawberries, chopped
    6 Tbsp half + half
    7.5 Tbsp 2% or whole milk + 1/2c for blending
    4.5Tbsp whole milk plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp raw honey
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    Add the chopped strawberries to 12 ice cube molds.
    Add about 1.5 Tbsp of the yogurt into 3 molds and shake to settle the yogurt.
    Add about 1.5 Tbsp of the half + half to 4 more molds.
    Add about 1.5 Tbsp of milk to 5 molds.
    Set flat in the freezer for about 4hrs until frozen.
    Empty cubes into a blender along with the vanilla and honey.
    Add in 1/4 cup milk [to start] and turn on. Blend until creamy adding more milk if needed. I used 1/2 cup total.
    Pour + serve.
