because it's idiotic to work out just your abs. not only will it look very weird if only your abs are growing its also a waste of time to do it everyday. and your stomach will not get "toned" just by doing crunches

Thanks for being so snarky, I appreciate that. I highly doubt the idea of whoever created Mean Abs June is for you to just do the ab workout and sit on the couch drinking pop the rest of the day.
Also, "It will look very weird if only your abs are growing…" that's not how it works. If you don't do cardio, eat right, and get your whole body fit, there is no point to spot training. However, I do think with a few tweaks, this is a decent ab routine to follow wtih a proper exercise regimen.
