Have any of you ever tried body combat? I used to do it and really enjoyed it, and I became very fit in only about a month, so I really suggest you to try it out if you'd like to Unfortunately, it was the time when I wanted to lose weight, but I didn't, so I gave up. But now that I don't need to lose weight, I want to be fit so I started doing it again and enjoyed it so much.
